Many people talk with themselves and their inner voice is giving opinion about what kind of person they are.


You go to your boss office, say something totally illogical and then say to yourself: “I am so stupid”. There is no doubt that inner voice is influencing in our subconscious.




My question today is, what kind of “I AM” is coming out of your mouth?

“I am so talented. I am victorious. I am blessed.” When you saying the right “I am”s, you’re inviting positive vibrations to yourself.


I AMPeople tend to be very self-critical, and maybe if you would just change the “I am,” you would rise to a new level of success. Words have creative power. They can be very helpful, like electricity. If it’s used the right way, electricity powers lights, air-conditioning, and all kinds of good things. But is electricity is used the wrong way can be very dangerous. It can harm you, sometimes even kill you.


It’s the same way with our words. It’s up to you to choose what follows the “I am.” My recommendation is to never say negative things about yourself. Most of us would never go up to another person, at least directly to their face, and criticize them.


Yet we have no problem criticizing ourselves. “I am so slow. I am so unattractive. I don’t have any skills.” That is like cursing your future. Do yourself a favor and zip that up. We have enough in life against us already. So you don’t have to be against yourself.


I had a friend with whom I used to play tennis. When she would miss, she would exclaim, “I’m an idiot! I’m an idiot! I’m an idiot!” I heard that month after month. She didn’t realize it, but “idiot” was coming very often and was looking for her. I hate to say it, but I think it found her! If you go around saying, “I am so dumb,” this may be poor English, but “dumbness” is coming your way. “I am so unattractive.” Ugliness says, “I hear somebody calling my name.”


I AMSo what to do?


Every morning when you will woke up from bed, look at the mirror, do superman power pose and say at least three positive characteristic about yourself. You may even use sticky notes on the mirror. Practice this 90 days and each day try to find something new.


All of us are having bad decision and they will not disappear. Point is when you will do something wrong, don’t say to yourself “I am an idiot”. Say “I am aware what I have done wrong and let me thing how to improve myself”.
